Contact TaxiFare

Questions, corrections and ideas go straight to the editors. We read every message.

Email us at info@taxifare.org, or use the form below.

Send us a message

A link or the name of the city or airport page.

We use your name and email only to reply to you, and delete messages after 12 months. See the privacy policy.

What to write to us about

  • A fare that looks wrong or out of date. Tell us the city and what you saw. For a trip you've taken, the fastest route is the "Paid something different?" form under each city's calculator, which sends us the exact quote.
  • A city or airport to add. If you know where its official taxi tariff is published, include the link.
  • Using our data or the API. For more than light use of the quote API, please ask first.
  • Press, partnerships and privacy requests, such as asking for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.

What we can't help with

TaxiFare doesn't book taxis, take payments or employ drivers. For a lost item, a complaint about a driver or a refund, contact the taxi company or the city's taxi regulator. Each city page names the regulator and links to it.

Who reads your message

Messages go to Alexander Gonzalez, the founder and editor of TaxiFare. Corrections are checked against the official tariff, and a fix shows up on the page and in the tariff changes log. More on how we work is in our editorial policy.
